What is the Construction Career Up System?

This system is designed to improve the working conditions of skilled workers who support construction sites and to help them enhance their skills. It stores and visualizes each skilled worker’s employment history, qualifications, and other information through IC cards issued to the workers. Full-scale operation began in April 2019.
