History

April 1991 KAGA DEVICES established with capital of 100 million yen. Primarily handled sales of semiconductors and electronic devices for Mitsubishi Electronic. Also developed and sold electronic components and devices. Head Office was first located at 1-1-7 Otowa, Bunkyo-ku Tokyo.
February 1996 Third-party allotment capital increased to 200 million yen, and the total number of issued shares was 4,000 shares.
April 1996 Kansai Office opened in Kita-ku Osaka.
March 1997 Head Office relocated to 3-1 Suido-cho, Shinjuku-ku Tokyo.
September 1997 Third-party allotment capital increased to 395.2 million yen, and the total number of issued shares was 4,500 shares.
April 1998Hong Kong Office opened as a base to sell products in China.
April　2003Kaga Devices (H.K.) Ltd. established due to Kaga Devices Hong Kong Office merged with Kaga (H.K.) Electronics Ltd Components Business Department. The Hong Kong Office was closed.
April 2004Head Office relocated to 2-2-9 Hongo, Bunkyo-ku Tokyo.
July 2008 Kansai Office relocated to Chuo-ku Osaka.
July 2009Head Office relocated to 3-12-8 Soto-Kanda, Chiyoda-ku Tokyo.
October 2010 Numata (H.K.) Co., Ltd. converted into a wholly-owned subsidiary.
April 2011 Kaga Devices (H.K.) Ltd. became subsidiary due to acquisition of 51% equity interest. Numata (H.K.) Co., Ltd. transferred business operations to Kaga Devices (H.K.) Ltd.
July 2011 Kaga Devices India Pvt. Ltd. established in Bangalore, India.
October 2013Merged with ADM company.
March 2014Head Office relocated to 20 Kandamatsunaga-cho, Chiyoda-ku Tokyo.
